While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to shipping or carrier factors beyond our control. To help ensure your order arrives before your scheduled procedure, we recommend placing all orders at least 2–3 business days prior to the date of surgery.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday, will be processed the next business day.
Returns are not guaranteed. All requests must be submitted in writing to Orders@AdvancedSolution.Health within 5 business days of receipt and must be approved in writing before return shipment. Please include the following with your request:
All approved returns are subject to a re-boxing and/or relabeling fee per product box. Unauthorized or non-compliant returns — including those without a valid Return Authorization (RA) — will not be accepted. All return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be denied at Advanced Solution’s discretion.
